"Healthy And Active Thai Retret" is a two week program run in the Thai city of Chiang Mai. The rich content of this event is filled with daily fitness, Vinyasa flow yoga and meditation classes, personal development workshops, lectures on diet and health, trips to the places of natural beauty and cultural importance, learning about tropical fruits and of course a low fat raw vegan diet. All this in the company of the same minded people.
