5 Minute Fitness Routine #2 (NYC, NY,USA)

TIP: Make working out your habit, just like you made brushing your teeth a habit, and soon you'll be working out before realizing it! 

Disclaimer: Please consult your physician or physical therapist before trying out this fitness routine.

Exercise #1: Jump, lie down on your back, squat, get up, repeat. Do 10 reps.

Exercise #2: Stand up, feet wide apart, squat and get up lifting your left knee up to your left shoulder. Place yout foot down, squat again and repeat with the other leg. Do 10 reps.

Exercise #3: Sit down, lift up your pelvis and lift your left arm and right leg, your left hand goes towards your right foot. Repeat on the other side. Do 10 reps.

Exercise #4: Sit down, keep the knees straight and lift your legs and back at the same time. Do 10 reps.
