TIP: When someone asks you why do you exercise, all you need to say is "I exercise for myself."

Exercise #1: Interlace your fingers behind your head, jump so that your right knee goes towards your left elbow, and then repeat on the other side and then jump clapping your thighs, 10 rep.
Exercise #2: Spread your arms in your shoulder level and then lift your legs aside alternately, keeping your knees straight, do 5 reps on each side.
Exercise #3: Come into plank position and then bring your right hand to your left shoulder and then repeat on the other side, do 5 reps on each side.
Exercise #4: Bring your feet wide apart, keep your back straight and make circle with your pelvis while squatting, do 5 reps in each direction.
