*Quantities of your choice. Just to give you an idea: on a low fat raw vegan diet, my usual spring lunch is a fruit porridge like this one, containing about 1.2 kg/ 2.6 lbs of bananas (measured without skins) and 1-2 cups of berries.
**Bananas are ripe when their skins are spotted.

- porridge bowl
- Peel the bananas;
- Place the bananas in the porridge bowl;
- Mash the bananas;
- Add some berries of your choise to the mashed bananas;
- Mash everything together;
- Decorate the porridge with some whole banana and berries on top;
