Creamy Pumpkin Pudding

  • 500 g/ 18 oz of butternut pumpkin 
  • ½ cup of purified water 
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon; 


  • a knife and cutting board
  • a peeler
  • a freezer
  • a blender

​Order a Vitamix:


  • Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds if there are any; 
  • Place the pumpkin in the freezer and let it freeze; 
  • Take the pumpkin out from the freezer and let it defrost; 
  • Place the defrosted pumpkin and the water into the blender; 
  • Blend these ingredients until they warm up a bit; 
  • Pour the warm and creamy pumpkin pudding into a bowl;
  • Optionally, add some cinnamon on top;

The texture: incredibly creamy; 
The taste: incredibly tasty;
