Exercise #1: Stand up, feet wide apart, back straight, hands in front of your heart, squat and then jump straightening your knees. When squating make sure that your knees are above your ankles. Repeat squat-jump combination 10 times.
Exercise #2: Stand up, feet wide apart and keep sqating while you are rotating left-right from your hips. When you turn to right, straighten your left arm to the right and when you turn to left straighten your right arm to the left. Turn to each side 10 times.
Exercise #3: Stand up, feet hip distance apart, raise your arms above your head, fist your hands and pull your arms down contracting all the muscles in your arms and your back. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise #4: Stand up, hands in front of your torso, and jump rotating from your hips left – right, jump 10 times.
