Ingredients:

  • mango

Equipment:

  • knife and cutting board
  • spoon
  • bowl

Preparation:

  • Cut off the sides of the mango, all the way to the pit on each side.

  • Cut longitudinal and transverse, parallel lines within each mango side.
  • Spoon out the mango cubes from both sides.

  • Peel the mango flesh around the pit.
  • Separate the mango flesh from the pit with a knife.

  • Dice this mango flesh.
