Ingredients:

Milk No.1:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup purified water

Milk No.2:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder
  • 1 cup purified water

Milk No.3:

  • 50 g / 1.7 oz of hazelnuts
  • 1 cup purified water

Equipment:

  • blender

Preparation:

  • Soak the hazelnuts in water for about 8 hours.*

* Nuts and seeds (except hemp seeds) are soaked in water to remove the antinutrient phytic acid, which binds to minerals and prevents their assimilation in the body. In addition to this, soaking partially hydrates nuts and seeds, making them easier to digest.

Milk No.1:

  • Peel the banana.
  • Put the banana and water in the blender.
  • Blend these two ingredients.
  • Pour the milk into a glass.

Milk No.2:

  • Peel the banana.
  • Put the banana, carob powder and water in the blender.
  • Blend these three ingredients.
  • Pour the milk into a glass.

Milk No.3:

  • Rinse the soaked hazelnuts.
  • Put the hazelnuts and water in the blender.
  • Blend these two ingredients.
  • Pour the milk into a glass.
